PLEXOMIC INFOSYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED owns the Site, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively referred to as the "Content"), which are either owned by us or licensed to us. The trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site (the "Marks") are also our property and are either owned by us or licensed to us. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws, as well as unfair competition regulations.
You are granted the right to use the Site solely for your own private, non-commercial use. You may download or print a copy of any part of the Content to which you have legal access. The Client will have the opportunity to review the site's content and design before and after it is fully completed. When the project is finished, the materials will be considered accepted and approved until the Client instructs Plexomic differently within ten (10) days of the date the materials are made available to the Client.
Unless the Client expressly requests and Plexomic agrees to a delay, Plexomic commits to installing and publicly posting or delivering the Client's website by the specified date in the project proposal or the agreed-upon date while receiving the initial payment.
In return, the Client agrees to designate one person as the primary contact to assist Plexomic in moving the project forward promptly and satisfactorily. The Client is responsible for providing all website materials, including text, images, movies, and sound files, during the project.
Efficiency is crucial in adhering to our scheduled tasks. To ensure timely completion, we may occasionally decline additional work and inquiries. We kindly request that you provide necessary information in advance. Failure to do so within the predetermined time frame might result in additional charges if it causes delays in your website development.
If you commit to providing necessary information and fail to do so within two weeks of the project's start, we reserve the right to terminate the project and demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance.
The final website will be operational before publication. Invoices will be sent immediately following completion, primarily via email, with the option for paper copies upon the client's request. All charges are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
The client acknowledges responsibility for covering any additional costs incurred to complete the task. This includes expenses for unique fonts, stock photos, and similar items.
Plexomic makes every effort to ensure websites are accessible to the majority of visitors using widely-used modern browsers like Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc. While we strive for compatibility, we cannot guarantee proper operation across all operating systems and browsers.
Plexomic disclaims any responsibility for web pages that do not function correctly in updated browsers provided to the Client after the website's creation. Therefore, Plexomic reserves the right to quote additional work required to modify the website's design or code to ensure compatibility with newer browser versions.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Plexomic. Plexomic has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Plexomic shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
